Staff Gauge – Inch and Foot Engineer Style – 5 Inch Wide – IFXW

These 5” wide staff gauge are made to withstand the extremes of weather and industrial use, and are designed not to chip, crack or ever rust. They are fabricated with modern day materials that offer advanced performance at reduced cost. The base material is two sheets of .008 tk white polyester-painted aluminum, with a black thermoplastic bonded core. Graphics are solvent ink printed then top coated with 5 mils of clear polyester providing optimum chemical, abrasion, and UV protection. Eight mounting holes (3/16” dia.) are provided at even increments, per 4FT section. You can drill the mounting holes larger or even cut the gauge to a shorter length without any detrimental loss of quality.  These gauges are machined flush at the bottoms and tops of pieces for accurate joining of multi-sectional gauges. Bold black graphics, on white or yellow backgrounds, are designed for the greatest clarity at the furthest distances.
