Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an eligible item, please review the following policy.
Return Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include all original components and accessories.
- Be accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
Items returned that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund or may be subject to a restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or shipped in error:
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Special-order items.
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product), customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at orders@oregonrule.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Refunds do not include the original shipping charges.
